Orders & Shipments

  • Each creation is handmade with care and love. We ship within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an email with all the details as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Yes. We ship to Italy and the rest of Europe. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. If you live outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as it is unused and in perfect condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Write to us and we will give you step-by-step instructions.

Customization & Availability

  • Each bag is made in selected shades designed to enhance the design and materials. In some cases, we offer the same model in seasonal editions or with limited color variations. We recommend you follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter so you don't miss them.

  • Antonietta Studio 's bags are made in limited quantities and available initially on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, selected models can be ordered on a "made to order" basis: this means that the bag will be made especially for you, with a waiting time that can vary from 7 to 14 working days.

    We recommend that you buy available models as soon as they catch your eye-or write to us to find out if a sold-out product will soon be restocked or available to order.

  • Currently, the bags are not customizable upon request. Each piece is carefully designed and handmade, following a careful selection of colors and patterns. However, if you have a particular idea or a specific preference, write to us: if compatible with our materials and timing, we will gladly consider your proposal!

Care & Materials

  • Our bags are made primarily from recycled cotton, with a strong focus on sustainability and quality. Inner linings are created using remnants of selected fabrics, helping to reduce waste and enhance the value of each material.

  • To preserve the beauty and durability of your bag, we recommend gentle cleaning:

    • Wipe with a damp, soft cloth to remove dust and light dirt.

    • For more persistent stains, use a mild soap or mild detergent diluted in warm water and dab gently without rubbing too hard.

    • Avoid soaking the bag completely in water or using harsh detergents that could damage the natural fibers.

    • Let air dry in a shady place, away from direct heat sources and bright sunlight.
